Scheduled for December 3 & 4, 2022!
Perryville Bible Church is preparing for our 24th presentation of the Christmas Tableaux! In the past we have been pleased to welcome hundreds of visitors each year! The Tableaux portray the Biblical Christmas story and many have come to make this a part of their annual Christmas celebration. Isn’t this what it’s really all about? Jesus, the Reason for the Season!
The Christmas Tableaux are free and open to the public. They are normally presented from 5:30 pm – 7:00 pm each night that they are offered, with ongoing guided tours taking about 15 minutes each.
The Christmas Tableaux uses a host of costumes, animals, and other equipment. The leadership team dedicates countless hours of their time to this ministry and take pleasure in preparing for the festive evenings!
Our Tableaux are a guided excursion which incorporates scenes of The Betrothal, The Immaculate Conception, Mary’s visit with Elizabeth, Joseph’s visitation by the Angel, The Journey of Mary & Joseph to Bethlehem, The Census in Bethlehem, The Shepherds and Sheep in the field when the Angel appears, The Birth of Christ, The Wise Men, and The Cross. Culminating your walk (Golf carts are provided for those with mobility challenges) through these Tableaux you will be escorted to an outdoor area awning where guests can be served a cup of hot chocolate and a pre-packaged cookie.
The Christmas Tableaux create an atmosphere encouraging to families, uplifting to volunteers, and an outstanding opportunity for sharing and caring. Our goal, through the message of the Christmas Tableaux, is to spread the Good News of the birth of Our Lord Jesus Christ. Would you like more information concerning the Christmas Tableaux?
