Rex Fisher, Lead Pastor

Rex first heard the gospel shared in simple terms at VBS in 1977 when he was six years old.  The following March he publicly testified of his love for Jesus and was baptized by immersion.  Before coming to Perryville Bible Church in 2020, Rex served as the Associate Pastor of Bible Baptist Church in Sodus, NY, for eleven years.  Rex is a graduate of Roberts Wesleyan College in Rochester, NY, and Baptist Bible Seminary in Clarks Summit, PA.  He also is a certified Biblical Counselor with the Association of Biblical Counselors (ACBC).  His passions in ministry include preaching God’s Word and building relationships with others to help them take another step closer to Jesus.  Rex has been married to Cathy since 1990 and has two adult children, Rex III and Sharayah.

Wayne Seekell, Pastor

Wayne Seekell came to Christ as a teenager in 1967 while attending a Christian camp. Now retired, Wayne graduated from South Kingstown High School in 1969 and has pursued various business enterprises before settling in at Nooney Controls Corporation for over 30 years, serving as Vice President. While working for Nooney he pursued his BA in Bible/Theology in Biblical Studies from Washington Bible College in Lanham, MD. Over the years Wayne has been involved in leadership in a number of churches where he has been a member and served as a Bible teacher, Christian Education director, deacon, and pastor. Wayne has been married to his wife Pam for 46 years and they are blessed with 5 children and 16 grandchildren. The family home is in Charlestown.

Charlie Radl, Pastorl

Charlie came to know Christ as his personal savior in 1979 in Bay St. Louis, Mississippi, while working for the Naval Oceanographic Office, and moved to RI in 1985. He has served as a Sunday School teacher and chairman and/or participant of numerous church boards and committees. After Hurricane Katrina destroyed much of Bay St. Louis he had the opportunity to return on several mission trips to help rebuild the homes of the daughters of the man who led him to the Lord. He currently serves as a Pastor and Sunday School teacher and is a member of the Gideons International Ministry. Charlie retired from the Naval Undersea Warfare Center in Newport, RI, where he worked on submarine design. He lives in Charlestown, RI, with wife Linda and has been blessed with two grandchildren.
